Art Department: Our in-house Art Department is staffed with talented artists and illustrators. With our new computer imaging system, we can handle typesetting to logo design quickly and cost effectively, producing the image you had in mind.

Screens: This highly specialized, multi-phase procedure requires dedicated precision. We have developed a unique system that uniformly produces high quality, sharp images which make your product stand out.

Inks: A key factor in the quality and durability of your product is the ink used. In our years of experience, we have successfully blended inks to adhere to many surfaces including glass, metal and plastics. We can even handle those problem rubber surfaces.

Quality Control: The Winross quality control manual dictates the procedures which consist of a constant monitoring of your order to insure, at each stage of production, you are not only receiving an excellent quality product, but also a product that meets the specifications. Quality control is our #1 priority.

Tooling: To screen, pad print, hot stamp or heat transfer on any shape product, the product must be held precisely to give you the close tolerance registration you require. Our fully equipped machine shop is staffed with skilled tradesmen that design and fabricate all your tooling needs to save you time and money.

Printing: This stage of production is where your product really comes alive. With the combined talents of our production staff we have customized each step to produce your product. Our automated production lines will print orders of several thousand or many millions routinely. Our Quality Control people are right there to ensure our high standards are met.

Packaging: As an additional convenience and service to you, we offer a variety of packaging systems which means to you a savings of time and money. Blister packaging gives you a product, ready for retail.

Warehousing/Distribution: We have the storage facilities and computer system to package, drop ship world-wide or warehouse your product. You are given a personal code that allows you to access our computer to find out: What was shipped, where and what inventory is available.
